CrossFit teens is for ages 13-18 years of age. It consist of the foundations of movement, safe and efficient lifting, and is proven to increase mental capacity as well as concentration. It can improve the most deficient athlete and increase the capacity of the most skilled athlete. Increase your teens functional mobility in all planes and range of motion. We will assist in coaching proper nutrition to teens at all stages.
