Learn everything from the basic air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean. This is pivotal on allowing our coaches to know how to scale each athlete so that the athlete gets the most out of each workout.
