I’m from Boston MA,

I am a competitive multi-strength sports athlete in: Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman. I moved from Boston to Las Vegas in March of this year.

I started powerlifting in the Fall of 2013, initially to lose weight with the typical fears of “becoming huge” and not wanting to “put on any muscle”. A few months later I began learning Olympic weightlifting, and last summer I began learning Strongman. Weight loss goals quickly became strength goals, strengths goals became competitive goals, and now I want to be the strongest and best possible version of myself. I have finally found my passion, and now I want to share it with others. I believe that with the proper training, these disciplines build the framework to become a better athlete in any sport, and Crossfit happens to incorporate them all.

Kristen has been a certified personal trainer for the past 5 years and a CrossFit coach for almost four years.  Her passion for fitness started at a young age in Massachusetts playing field hockey on a state championship team, running, and horseback riding.  Since getting into CrossFit, Kristen has developed a strong interest in Olympic lifting, strongman and nutrition, and she cares deeply about sharing her knowledge by coaching people of all ages and abilities.
